OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to empower and enrich inner-city youths through sports, community service, educational programs, and recreational training. BSB Community Group places emphasis on fostering long-term relationships by earning the trust and confidence of the Families that participated in our programs.
OUR PROGRAMS
BigShotZ Basketball Academy is a youth-focused program dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes both on and off the court. The academy offers two core services — Developmental Training, designed to teach fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and discipline, and Competitive Training, which prepares advanced players for higher-level play through structured drills, strategy, and league competition. At BigShotZ, we aim to empower every young athlete to reach their full potential while fostering confidence, respect, and a lifelong love for the game.

Developmental Program
BigShotZ Developmental Program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals and core values of the game at the grassroots level to help them grow to an elite status and improve the youth basketball experience.
Our program is meticulously crafted to equip young athletes with the necessary skills to enhance their athletic abilities.

By providing competitive exposure through intramural and selective tournament opportunities, we are giving our members a chance perform at an unprecedented level of determination and intensity allowing them to apply and showcase their skills in a more high-pressure setting, which can help build confidence and motivation as a team.
All players in the program get the opportunity to compete at local community basketball competitions.

A Youth Drivers Education Program
Mission Statement:
To prepare our youth for a vital life skill–safe and responsible driving–by offering affordable, accessible driver education and permit training. The program empowers young people to gain independence, responsibility,, and early driving experience that helps them establish a positive driving record and reduce future insurance cost.
Vision:
To create safer, smarter, and more confident young drivers who understandf the importance of responsibility behind the wheel and the benefits of building a s trong driving history early on.
Program Overview
The Drive4Life Youth Drivers Education Program is a comprehensive driver education initiative designed to teach young people the fundamentals of road safety, traffic laws, vehicle operation, and personal resoponsibility. The program combines classroom learning, permit preparation, and hands-on driving instruction.
Our goal is to make driver education more accesible to urban youth, especially those in underserved communities who may not have access to traditional driver’s education programs.
